What to Expect From Your Consultation

  1. Initial meeting and greeting with our admin and clinic staff. It is essential that you like our premises, feel comfortable and are properly looked after by our team.
  2. Developing a trusting, professional relationship with our patients right from the start is at the heart of our successful clinical model.
  3. You will be asked to fill in our Patient Intake Form. This may include information such as your name, contact details, medical history, current medications, allergies, skin type etc.
  4. We will make sure that you are provided with utmost privacy and encourage you to be open and honest.
  5. We will ask you questions about your past treatments and your experience with other clinics.
  6. Finally, a treatment plan will be devised which will be based upon your treatment preference, clinical requirement, budgetary restraints and downtime limitations.
  7. Some consults are simple and straightforward; others may be complex and more detailed.
  8. If you chose to have a treatment done, the consultation fee will be reimbursed.
  9. We practice ethical medicine and will not try to up-sell any services or procedures you may not want or need.

In accordance with Australian advertising regulations, we are unable to publish pricing or brand names for cosmetic aesthetics online. Pricing and suitability will be discussed during your consultation.

Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual and performed under the supervision of a qualified medical doctor, ensuring the highest level of care and safety.

Under TGA regulations, we cannot provide a public price list for prescription-only clinical treatments. Pricing is discussed during your face-to-face consultation after a clinical suitability assessment is performed.

Australian law prohibits the advertising of prescription-only substances to the public. We focus on your concerns and the clinical consultation process rather than specific drug brands.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, American Express (AMEX), and Afterpay.

If pricing is not displayed on our website, you can contact your preferred Medaesthetics clinic or book a consultation.

Your clinician will assess your individual needs and discuss the appropriate treatment options with you. Where treatment is recommended, you will be provided
with clear pricing before proceeding.
