MOA

Rejuran contains polynucleotides (PN) derived from purified salmon DNA. When injected into the skin, these molecules are intended to support tissue repair processes and improve the skin’s overall quality. Polynucleotides may help support fibroblast activity and extracellular matrix remodelling, contributing to improvements in skin texture, elasticity and hydration over time. Results develop gradually and vary between individuals.

Rejuran Treatment Summary

An initial course of 2–3 treatment sessions, typically spaced 3–4 weeks apart, may be recommended depending on your skin concerns and treatment response. Maintenance treatments may be considered to help sustain improvements over time.

Each session takes around 15 minutes, plus time for the numbing cream to take effect.

Discomfort is usually mild once the area is numbed with a high-strength topical numbing cream, though sensation varies between individuals.

Expect around 24–48 hours of possible redness, swelling or bruising at the injection sites, which generally settles within a few days.

Results develop gradually — most people notice a change within about 2–4 weeks, with the fuller effect after completing the recommended course. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Results are generally reported to last around 8 to 12 months and varies between individuals. Maintenance treatments once or twice a year are recommended for long term benefits.

Most people resume usual activities soon after treatment, avoiding strenuous activity and heat exposure for 48 hours.

Aftercare advice includes avoiding strenuous activity, direct sun or heat exposure for 72 hours.
