Signature Laser Facial

Treatment Highlights

  • Quick, No-Downtime Skin Rejuvenation – A gentle, non-ablative laser facial designed to refresh the skin, improve radiance and promote a more even-looking complexion.
  • Advanced Laser Technology – Performed using our Revlite SI and Hollywood Spectra Q-switched nanosecond laser platforms, without the need for a carbon peel.
  • Targets Multiple Skin Concerns – Helps address the appearance of pigmentation, sun spots, melasma, enlarged pores, selected inflamed acne lesions and fine facial hair, while supporting collagen remodelling.

At Medaesthetics, we offer the Signature Laser Facial, a non-ablative skin rejuvenation treatment using advanced Q-switched nanosecond laser technology. Previously known as the Revlite Laser Facial at our clinics, it is similar to the Hollywood Laser Facial but is performed without the application of a carbon peel.

Using our Revlite SI and Hollywood Spectra laser platforms, this treatment delivers targeted laser energy to improve skin tone and radiance, address selected pigmentation concerns and support collagen remodelling. It may also help improve the appearance of enlarged pores, selected acne lesions and fine vellus facial hair.

This treatment can be combined with many other skin rejuvenation procedures as an adjunct to enhance the overall treatment plan and address multiple skin concerns.

MOA

Q-switched nanosecond laser pulses deliver targeted energy to selected skin pigments, helping break down excess pigmentation while stimulating skin responses associated with collagen remodelling. The non-ablative approach leaves the skin surface intact, supporting improvements in skin tone, clarity and radiance with minimal downtime.

The Signature Laser Facial is designed for patients seeking refreshed, brighter-looking skin with minimal discomfort and little to no downtime. Treatment settings are tailored to individual skin type and concerns, with suitability assessed before treatment. A course of sessions may be recommended for progressive results.

Signature Laser Facial: Treatment Summary

We recommend an initial course of three treatments, 2-4 weeks apart, followed by quarterly or six monthly maintenance sessions to help maintain results.

The procedure is typically short, taking around 15  minutes.

Sensation varies between patients, with most describing it as mild, warm and slightly prickly. No anaesthesia or numbing cream is required.

Downtime is usually limited, though some patients experience mild, short-lived redness for a few hours afterwards.

Results may be noticeable after a single treatment, with further improvements developing over a course of sessions. Individual results vary.

Results may last approximately 6–12 months, depending on individual skin concerns, treatment response and ongoing photoageing. Quarterly maintenance sessions may be recommended to help maintain skin quality and address the ongoing effects of sun exposure and natural ageing. Individual results vary.

Most people resume their usual activities straight away, as downtime is generally limited.

Patients are advised to avoid direct sunlight for 24 hours.

  • Laser Treatment – The selected medical-grade laser is applied using settings tailored to your skin type and concerns, such as uneven pigmentation, redness or skin texture.
  • Post-Treatment Assessment – We assess your skin response and provide personalised aftercare instructions, including sun protection.

Less common complications include burns, blistering and changes in skin pigmentation. Choosing a suitably qualified and experienced clinician is important to help minimise risks and ensure appropriate treatment settings are selected for your skin.

Choose a clinic with experienced practitioners, quality medical-grade laser technology and appropriate clinical assessment. The provider should understand different skin types, pigmentation conditions and laser safety, and be able to recognise and manage potential complications.

At Medaesthetics, we use Revlite SI and Hollywood Spectra Q-switched laser platforms, with treatment settings tailored to your individual skin concerns. Your consultation includes an assessment of suitability, realistic expectations, potential risks and appropriate aftercare.
